While we would love to take an “if we build it, they will come” mentality, we know that is just not the case. Promotion is essential to obtaining user submission and buzz around the brands ThecePlay Challenge.

There are multiple ways to promote:

  • Thece can provide and execute a promotional plan for media or influencer posts.
  • If the brands has their own media department or agency, they can use that team to develop a promotional plan.
  • If the brand has a brand ambassador(s), that is also a great way to tie to the challenge.
  • Brand website promotion and links.
  • Brand social promotion and links.

How flexible is the program format?

ThecePlay is a marketing and service platform that facilitates and verifies competitions and player achievement in gaming. ThecePlay is a partnership between Thece and Twin Galaxies.

How do I submit to the challenge?

  1. Review the rules and guidelines for the challenge.
  2. Record a video or screen capture of yourself completing the challenge.
  3. Hit the “Submit” button on the challenge page.
  4. Fill in the required fields to login or create a new user on the platform.
  5. Scroll through the rules and hit up “Choose file(s)”, select your video file.
  6. Click “Upload & Submit”

How is my submission reviewed and verified?

My submission is listed as "In Process" what does this mean?

Once a submission is uploaded it will be labeled as “In Process”. From this stage the submission is reviewed and verified for accurately meeting the challenge rules. Once it is determined to fairly meet the criteria of the Challenge, the status will change to “Verified”.

I haven't received my prize yet, when should I expect it?

Please refer to the Prizing section of the Challenge for timelines. Most prizing is issued at the end of the challenge after all submissions have been verified. If you still have concerns, please contact us.

I don't see my submission on the leaderboard anymore, what does this mean?

If your submission is no longer on the leaderboard, it likely means that it didn’t meet the challenge rules. Please check your email for information about your submission and why it was removed. If you do not have an email in your inbox, please contact us.

How do I vote on submissions?

All users can review, verify and vote on the ThecePlay challenge submissions.
1. Scroll down the Leaderboard or click on the “Leaderboard” button in the
menu
2. Within the leaderboard, you can vote on any submissions where the Review Status is “In Review”

3. Click “In Review”
4. This will take you to our backend platform, Twingalaxies.com.
5. Login or Register for an account. Follow the login or registration process.
If you are already logged in, go to step 6.

6. On the submission, review the challenge rules and watch the submission video.
› Does the submitter meet the rules of the challenge?
› Does the score or time submitted match the video performance?
› Does the video seem to be clear, without any suspicions of cheating?

If the answer to these questions is yes, click the “Thumbs up” icon and select “Vote Now”. If the answer to any of these questions is no, click the “Thumbs down” icon and select “Vote Now”
